6 weeks 5 kilos


Since starting this sugar free adventure I have found you really can live quite contentedly without the sweet stuff. No honey, no fruit but lots of other rich delicious foods that make giving up sugar much sweeter. Full cream milk, cheese, my homemade mayonaise ( I'm addicted) is awesome with chicken, on toast under my eggs and I whizz up coleslaw in 8 seconds in the Thermomix for my lunch then add a tin of tuna in oil and half an avocado, so scrumptious.

Sarah is right when she says that people will be negative about it and everybody says " I don't eat much sugar" but sooooo much is hidden that most people don't know what they're eating most of the time.


I hope in the process I haven't become too painful to live with. It really hasn't cramped my style as all and I urge everyone to get on it, don't wait.
